Biography
Kathleen Boyd served as Director of McKillop Library at Salve Regina University from 1999-2014. Ms. Boyd earned an M.L.S. focused in Library Science from Simmons College and an M.Ed from Boston College.
Under Ms. Boyd's leadership, McKillop Library joined the HELIN consortium and brought the library into the digital age. She guided the library towards advancements in technology to align with current standards, which included receiving funding from two Champlin Grants to renovate the first floor into a collaborative space and to transform the electronic classroom.
