Papers, Articles and Related Correspondence, 1965-1985

This series contains a few papers from graduate school written in 1965; because they contain evaluative comments and grades written by the course instructor, these student papers are restricted. This series also contains published papers from 1968-1985, with the bulk of the articles published in the mid-1970's. The article Heads and Headlines: The Phrenological Fowlers is included in the series with several rough drafts and a copy of the final paper, collected in reverse chronological order by Dr. Walsh. Also included in the series are several images of a phrenological display Dr. Walsh created in 1976-77. Also contains correspondence relating to the field of psychology-specifically Phrenology addressed to Dr. Walsh. Also contains research correspondence from several institutions. The bulk of this series is located in correspondence related to particular articles written by Walsh and each corresponding publisher during the publishing process.
